OUR PRIVACY POLICY

PAYMENT AND DATA TRANSFER SECURITY
We do no collect or store checking or credit card information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.

REAL ESTATE INSPECTION REPORTS
Our Real Estate Inspection License does not allow licensed inspectors to provide copies or verbal information of your real estate inspection report to outside parties. Outside parties include all realtors, sellers, builders or future property buyers. This information may include possible defects or deficiencies found or areas that may be questionable, or areas with restricted access.

DATA COLLECTION
We do not collect information on consumers who browse our Web page.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address. Again, we do not collect or sell this information.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail at Fred@willcoxinspections.com or writing to us at the below address.

SELLING OR TRANSFERING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell or make available e-mail addresses of those who access our site, sign up for our newsletters or have inspections performed by us.

If you provide us with your e-mail address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information regarding property care or home inspections.  If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided below or writing to us at the below address. Please provide us with your exact name and address so that we will be sure your name is removed from our list. 

Persons who provide us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding their real estate inspection service. We will never call to solicit new sales, nor will we give or sell this information to any other organization.

AD SERVERS AND COOKIES
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

SPYWARE

We do not use any spy ware. Spy ware is software that collects information from your computer.

PHISHING
We do not confirm personal data via e-mail.

LINK PARTNERS

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of organizations in which we have listed on our link page.

IF OUR POLICY NOTICE CHANGES
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. 

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above address or writing to us at the above address.
